In your role as Managing Consultant, you will target midmarket and Enterprise clients across EMEA. There are no red tape and no bonus ceiling. Just space for astonishing ambitions.
Billing, managing, and training. That will be the 3 pillars of your growth. You will have a budget to start hiring your desired team and scale your own career. On top of it, you will have an impact on our company’s strategies.
What is required?
- 4+ years 360 recruitment experience in any industry or specialization
- Managing experience is a strong plus (we look at talent, not titles)
- Astonishing (international) ambitions
- Dutch, French, Arabic, German, or English languages are welcome!
- Need to be already living in the Netherlands
