Your Enterprise SaaS CSM team
As their Customer Success Manager or CSM, you have the utmost strategic accounts. Your CSM team exists of 8 other CSMs. But your Enterprise SaaS team allows tight collaboration with 1 Enterprise AE and BDR. You will cover your own book of business exceeding 1.5 million ARR and it covers 30 Enterprise accounts like Unilever and Volkswagen. More importantly, you keep the balance between commercial interest with clients’ needs.
What is being required?
- Minimum 6 years of Customer Success Manager experience
- Track-record working with Enterprise clients in EMEA
- Team player ability
- Any other language is a big plus
- Enterprise roll-outs and change management
